MCMILLAN......................
This writer, Stockton, and Baldwin County lost another good friend and citizen last week in the death of Archie M. McMillan. Mr Archie was an interesting character and an excellent person. I never had the good fortune of knowing him well until about four years ago. For the past two of these he was a good friend. I always liked to talk to him about current and past events. He had his own ideas about things. You might not agree with him but you never doubted he meant what he said. The life long resident of Stockton left a lot of friends.

DEATH: Note on both of these extracts; Both refer to him as Archie Malcolm McMillan and he had no middle name. He had a brother named Malcolm and was called "Dunk"
