Clan Crest
Glenurquhart Macmillans

A Glenurquhart Macmillan Society was founded in 1991, with membership open to all descendants of the many Macmillans resident in Glen Urquhart, Scotland,
between the 16th and 20th centuries, including those now living overseas. In 2006 it was merged into Clan MacMillan International (CMI),
and events in Glenurquhart are now organised by the Clan MacMillan in the UK committee of CMI.

Glenurquhart Convener for Clan MacMillan in the UK:

A history of the Glenurquhart Macmillans is being compiled by clan genealogist Graeme Mackenzie, who's grandmother mother was a Macmillan from Drumclune
and who founded the Glenurquhart Macmillan Society to help gather and disseminate information about the clan in "The Glen".
It's hoped to publish the history in book form in 2007 - "The Year of Highland Culture" - but in the meantime the genealogies of the various Macmillan families
in and from The Glen can be perused on-line (for the purpose of gathering corrections and additions) by going to
Glenurquhart Genealogies
